- Science in Our Parks (at Flagstaff-area national monuments) is an in-depth, science-based curriculum for grade 4–6 educators and their students, focusing on the natural and cultural history of the Colorado Plateau. - The U.S. Geological Survey has earth and planetary science traveling trunks modifiable for all grade levels. Trunks include lesson plans, activities, material, and additional resources (“What Good are Rocks?,” “The San Francisco Volcanic Field,” “Topographic Maps,” “The Solar System,” Impact Craters,” “The Moon,” and “Mars”).
