Science Saturday: Plants and Pollinators

Join us for our FREE, drop-in, all-ages monthly Science Saturday event (every first Saturday of the month, 9am-1pm). This month’s theme is: Plants and Pollinators. Learn about native and invasive plants and pollinators. Hands on activities and games, including seed art, pollinator bean bag toss, garden scavenger hunt, and delicious corn tortillas (with honey)!
Plus, do you have a mystery plant growing in your yard? Bring in your ‘suspect’ and a representative of the San Francisco Peaks Weed Management Area will try to identify it and give you tips on how to manage it.
The event is free and open to the public. ALL ages welcome. No need to sign-up.
