Science Saturday: Winter Tales

Join Willow Bend and special guests, the Jones Benally Family, for a hands on interactive event celebrating winter! Traditional Diné winter stories and games, snow experiments and displays, winter art, and more! Hot chocolate and a warm fire place will be provided.

Event Schedule:

• 9-11:30am: Wildlife winter adaptation display, hands on wildlife tracks in snow activity, snow and ice under a microscope, snow art, and a fun(ny) snow story with Willow Bend staff.
• 11:30-1pm: Traditional Diné winter stories and games with the The Jones Benally family (You DON’T want to miss this!).
